About

We are a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta. The Episcopal Church of the United States is part of the Worldwide Anglican Communion.

Our greatest resource is our people founded and grounded in the love of Jesus Christ. We are each uniquely created in God’s image and have different gifts to share in the Christ’s love. We love to play while fellowshipping and supporting one another are our mainstays. We worship with dignity, variety, and spirit, and we reach out to our community in numerous ways helping others in Christ’s name.

We have many ministries. Some reach out to the community such as Starting Over (a ministry which helps to rejoin families through supervised visitations), and others that minister to those within the church.

We welcome everyone who comes seeking Christ through worship and service, and our table is open to all who wish to worship with us. We are a diverse congregation with members from nearly every continent on the planet and we look forward to meeting you.

Our Mission Statement:
St. Julian’s Episcopal Church welcomes every one! We open our doors and reach out, embracing the diversity of all God’s children. We listen and answer God’s call to live as Jesus did, loving sincerely and compassionately by the power of the Spirit. We act in faith and are involved in striving to be our best as we worship, pray, study, care for, serve, and share in fellowship, believing, “All shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.”

Purpose Statement of the Diocese:
We challenge ourselves and the world to love like Jesus as we worship joyfully, serve compassionately, and grow spiritually.
