The memorial Garden of Saint Julian's Episcopal C hurch was designed to reflect its natural surroundings. Its nature trail style features a rolling terrain, simple borders and vegetation indigenous to the area. The trail was carefully laid out to accommodate the existing trees and shrubs. Trees shrubs and plants have been donated by many generous individuals. Future plantings will be used to enhance the beauty of the natural trail setting.

The Memorial Gardens consist of five smaller garden areas. These areas are: Kindness garden, Joy Garden, Peace Garden, Faith Garden & Love Garden. There are two entrances to the Memorial Garden. The first is adjacent to the handicapped parking places. This entrance has a wide path with a gentle slope. The second is narrower and features stairs made of rustic timbers. Between the entrances is a small area that will serve as a planting bed for decorative annual flowers and specimen plants.

The main entrance to each garden is marked by a path stone indicating the garden's name, along with timbers and large rocks. The path stone markers are molded of gunite, made to look like flagstone and were made by a company in North Georgia. Rocks for the entrances and borders were excavated during the gardens construction and gathered from the woods around the church. Timbers and marker stones were purchased with money donated to the Memorial Garden fund. Timbers were cut and placed along the trail accenting the trees and landscape. the memorial garden features wood benches donated by members of the church. The statue of Christ and birdbath were donated by the Garden Guild. The pine straw and mulch were donated or purchased. The Garden Guild is dedicated to continue the efforts of the original garden planners and volunteers.
