Education for Ministry (EfM) is a four-year program designed to enable the laity to grow in faith with a deeper sense of ministry through the study of Christian scripture and tradition, theological reflection, and the support of a close spiritual community. EfM allows one to explore more deeply the Christian faith, studying the Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament, as well as Church history and theology while reflecting on connecting faith with life experience. Each group is facilitated by one or two mentors who look after the life of the group and guide the theological reflective process.
